The successful candidate will work with Prof Yu Hao at the Department of Biological Sciences on characterizing developmental genes using Arabidopsis as the model systems. The main responsibilities of the position include performing molecular, genetic, physiological and bioimaging analyses of key regulatory genes in the model plant Arabidopsis.
Qualifications / Discipline:
- The candidate should at least possess a Bachelor degree with honours in life sciences.
- The candidate should have a proven track record in performing physiological, molecular, genetic, biochemical, and bioimaging experiments in plant systems.
- Prior experiences in plant functional genomics, plant molecular biology, and genetics are necessary.
- The proven experience in Arabidopsis is required.
