Job Description
The candidate will be expected to engage in research on plant protein fractionation, profiling of plant proteins as food source, nutritional assessment and in vitro digestion analysis. In addition, he/she will help in supervision of final year projects and MSc projects.
Qualifications
PhD in Food Science & Technology or related fields from an internationally reputable university.
