Coordinator, Program/Compliance Coordinator
Manage the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine (PSOM) Protocol Registration and Results System (PRS) accounts (ClinicalTrials.gov). ClinicalTrials.gov is a clinical study registry and results database of publicly and privately supported clinical research conducted in the United States and around the world. Both registration and results submission are accomplished through the Web-based Protocol Registration and Results System (PRS). The Compliance Coordinator’s primary ClinicalTrials.gov responsibilities are to maintain the PSOM’s PRS accounts, including monitoring for problems with records; approve and release study records and updates when the responsible party for the record is within the PSOM, and serve as a primary point of contact with the ClinicalTrial.gov team and taskforce. Other duties include assisting the compliance team with some aspects of the compliance review process (compliance review scheduling and observation debrief scheduling, compliance review observations database maintenance, and maintaining the compliance review tracking system).
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
