NORD ANGLIA PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, MIT Museum, to report to the director of the MIT Museum-Nord Anglia Collaboration and support all aspects of creating and offering creative educational materials and resources of exceptional quality. The MIT Museum has a multi-year agreement with Nord Anglia Education Ltd. to provide science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) programming to students and teachers at Nord Anglia Education K-12 schools around the world. Will oversee the successful implementation of the unique MIT Museum-Nord Anglia Collaboration, which consists of in-school challenges designed with MIT professors and researchers, videos produced at MIT specifically for Nord Anglia students, live webinars for students, professional development webinars for teachers, and educational trips to MIT.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; three years of relevant experience; ability to relate effectively to faculty and staff and manage global relationships with NAE colleagues; flexible and adaptability; ability to work as part of a team; a demonstrated record in science communications; events management experience and ability to manage complex logistics; familiarity with program delivery to school audiences; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with social media and MS Word, Excel, database development, and Internet applications.

PREFERRED: an education and project management background and working knowledge of MIT. Job #19175-8
