Job Description Summary

Financial Administrative Coordinator will provide financial and administrative support for LDI and HCMD, which includes but not limited to administering and monitoring the daily financial activity of both departments, processing payroll and reporting.

Job Description

This position provides financial support to the Health Care Management Department and the Leonard Davis Institute for Health Economics, and reports to a Business Administrator. Coordinates and monitors the flow of all transactions related to financial activity including purchasing, accounts payable, travel reimbursements, budgetary and payroll transactions.

An Associates Degree or two year college equivalent is required, a Bachelor degree is preferred; and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess excellent skill in MS Excel. Experience with University financial systems, including Payroll, Ben, Concur and Business Objects is strongly preferred. Must possess sound organizational and interpersonal skills.
