Technology Integration Manager

Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Technology Integration Manager within UCD Innovation Academy

With 1000s of learners each year, 6 flagship programmes and a major strategic collaboration (Convene), between UCD, TU Dublin and seven enterprise sectors, the UCD Innovation Academy (IA) seeks to recruit a Technology Integration Manager for its ambitious four-year growth plan.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Innovation, the Technology Integration Manager is a new role, key to ensuring that sustainable emerging technologies are appropriately applied to improve the learning and work environment for students, staff and collaborative partners. Managing and inspiring your team, including a Creative Makerspace Facilitator, a Sustainable Production Facilitator and 20+ Fellowship students, you will work to understand needs, innovate and test new approaches. You will lead the development of our Makerspace and Sustainable Living Labs and the services provided to the IA team, our programmes, the Convene Programme and the wider University. As Technology Integration Manager, you will ensure our students, the Innovation Academy and partner programmes are ready to flourish in an age of disruption and transition.

95 Administrative Officer 1a (2013) Salary Scale: €60,408 - €70,580 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
