Members of the Group are research active and their research interests include, inter alia, marketing logistics, inventory management, risk and resilience, big data and supply chain analytics, reverse logistics, procurement, food and retail supply chains, agile supply chains, collaboration and relationships, sustainability, simulation and modelling, Supply Chain 4.0, manufacturing supply chain. The members are publishing in top ranked journals and are developing their international thought leadership profiles. We are also very successful in research and consulting income generation.

We would like to appoint a Research Fellow to work on a new Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) project entitled “Co-production of healthy, sustainable food systems for disadvantaged communities”. We welcome applications from individuals across the logistics, supply chain and operations management field and we are particularly interested for applicants with expertise in food supply chain management and qualitative research.
