Training and Quality Manager
The Division of Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) is seeking a Training and Quality Manager (Administrative Services Administrator 1) to develop and implement ongoing training, develop methods and processes to facilitate efficient and effective operations within the dynamic operations of Stanford’s Bone Marrow Transplant & Cancer Cellular Therapy Program’s (BMT & CCT) Clinical Data Management group.
- Independently implement, administer and evaluate day-to-day activities of the unit, function or program by identifying and executing tasks and objectives, making recommendations that impact policies and programs, and assigning resources to achieve the goals of the program.
- Collect and analyze data, create reports, review and explain trends; formulate and evaluate alternative solutions and/or recommendations to achieve the goals of the program or function.
- Analyze and interpret policies; develop, revise and implement procedures for program or function
- Represent the program or function as the key contact and subject matter expert within the department, unit or school. Commit resources and provide information and/or training. May also represent the program or function to external/internal stakeholders and constituencies.
- Direct staff to perform various tasks and assignments. Will supervise staff.

- Experience in project management including designing, organizing, and implementing new projects, and goal setting and achieving.
- Experience in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant, Cellular Therapies and Hematology/Oncology.
- Ability to create instructions, user manuals, SOPs, tables, and other tools for training.
- Ability to work with and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to consult and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate various software and applications and teach others.
- Ability to make recommendations and decisions for improvements that can simplify or otherwise result in better data quality.
- Ability to evaluate and coach staff.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):

- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
