Job Description
This project focuses on the multi-scale modelling of cementitious composite materials. Based on detailed models at the meso scale, to extract effective properties governing the nonlinear and damage response at the macro scale.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a PhD degree (or have submitted PhD thesis), with a relevant background in at least one of the following topics: -
- Meso scale modelling of materials.
- Homogenization methods.
- Finite Element / Isogeometric analysis.
- Machine learning.
- Open to fixed-term contract.
