Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development and as a member of the HR Senior Team this new role will contribute to the future direction of the HR function, leading the development and delivery of strategic, integrated and proactive ED&I initiatives to achieve an increasingly diverse University community where good practice is the norm. 

Your passion, experience as a senior leader in ED&I, and your innovative and forward-thinking approach will be key to your success. You must have the ability to build relationships and influence others in a constructive and positive way to design and deliver leading edge practices, embedded in all that we do. 

This is a new role for so presents an exciting opportunity to influence developments and identify priority areas for intervention and transformation.
