Overview

The School of Business and Law develops industry-ready graduates through high quality teaching and learning experiences and engaged, applied research. The School offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate, coursework and research. The School of Business and Laws degrees are designed to give students relevant theory, practical work experience and key employability skills.

The Role

The School of Business and Law is seeking to appoint a Teaching and Research Scholar (either at ALEVB or ALEVC) to teach in some of the following units within Management Information Systems:

  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Business Systems Analysis
  • Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Business Process Management
  • Databases and Business Intelligence
  • Data Driven Business Analytics
  • Student Industry Projects.

The role will contribute to the growth of the discipline, in both research and teaching. Applicants with appropriate qualifications, research and teaching expertise in Management Information Systems or a closely related field are invited to apply.

Key Criteria

To be considered for these opportunities you will need to have:

  • Successfully completed a PhD in a relevant discipline
  • A strong record of research and tertiary level teaching experience in Management Information Systems
  • Relevant industry experience

Benefits & Remuneration

This full-time, Ongoing position attracts a salary of $102,253 to $120,814 (ALEVB) or $124,522 to $143,081 (ALEVC) per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution. Salary rates are effective as of 8 January 2021.
