Grade 7 : £44,045 - £49,552 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the University of the West of Scotland to create and maintain a business focussed Energy and Environmental/Sustainability plan for the University in line with the overall Campus Services Business Plan, seeking to continuously improve service provision. Also, to contribute significantly to the University’s Energy and Environmental/Sustainability objectives by producing the University’s Building Management systems, energy, environmental, sustainability, transport, waste and carbon reduction strategies, to reduce energy consumption and improve building performance.
The role will promote and implement sustainable energy and sustainability management practices across all campuses. This will be done through the development and implementation of University Energy and Sustainability policies (ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice) while taking a lead role in the provision of professional, technical and practice advice on energy and sustainable issues to University the Campus Services Directorate and the wider University.
