Job Description

A full-time Clinical Research Coordinator position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Murray Grossman in the Department of Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania. This lab focuses on cognitive neuroscience and clinical questions relating to language, memory, and neurodegenerative disease (e.g., primary progressive aphasia, behavioral variant frontotemporal degeneration, Alzheimer's disease). Assistance with recruitment and evaluation of patients eligible for treatment studies, administering measures needed to assess patient eligibility, coordination and management of the studies, collection of source documents, using and developing CRFs. Development and management of clinical trial budgets, facilitation of study contract execution. Management and tracking of study drug. Data entry and management, registration and management of AEs, addressing queries; Phlebotomy to obtain necessary biosamples, Interacting with sponsors and preparation for site reviews and monitoring visits, and assistance with preparing regulatory documents; Enrolling subjects in EPIC and attaching Research Guarantor. Managing charges in EPIC for Research subjects. Assisting with NIH reports.

Contingent upon funding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 4 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
