Overview
Are you experienced in developing and delivering high impact 1:1 campaigns across a multitude of channels such as email, SMS and outbound calls? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Campaign and Communications Co-ordinator as part of our Customer Strategy and Planning team. You will be part of a critical function that contributes to both the acquisition and retention of ECU students using Salesforce CRM.
Reporting to the Campaign Planning Manager, this role supports schools, service centres and the future student recruitment team with the planning and execution of 1-1 communications to support the relevant acquisition and retention targets.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in planning, developing and delivering 1:1 digital campaigns to medium to large organisations;
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; and
- Well-developed verbal communication skills with the ability to produce and present results to key stakeholders.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.
Benefits & Remuneration
This ongoing, full-time position attracts a salary of $82,658 to $89,180 pa (HEW 6), this salary is effective from 08 January 2021, plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
