Manager, Student Support and Conduct

The Student and Accommodation Services Division is responsible for leading the transformative management of the student lifecycle at UOW. A safe and supportive environment is a key contributor to the student experience.
The Manager, Student Support and Conduct is responsible for managing activities and resources at UOW to ensure the effective implementation of the action plan developed by the Safe and Respectful Communities Advisory Group (SARCA Group).
Lead a coordinated approach in managing student critical incidents and general misconduct in accordance with external legislative and internal regulatory environments; provide advice and training to university stakeholders; report on student incidents and misconduct; develop policy, processes and systems, and manage the Safe and Respectful Communities Advisory Group and Working Party.
