In this role

Showcase your leadership abilities and further build on La Trobe’s achievements in conducting high impact and innovative research in ecology, environment and evolution in this critical role. You will be responsible for developing and mentoring a team that delivers excellence in teaching and research, contributing to the strategic direction of the school, creating greater linkages between individuals, schools and university planning processes.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position you will have an outstanding research record in either ecology or in a discipline allied to those of staff in the Department of Ecology, Environment and Evolution. You will have extensive networks with a range of researchers and industry contacts.  Strong team building skills and demonstrated experience in securing external funding and fostering collaborative research partnerships are essential.
