Are you a leader in using data and insights to develop key strategies for a large organisation? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Strategy and Insights Manager as part of our Customer Strategy and Planning team. You will be part of a critical function that uncovers actionable insights and opportunities, that deliver on the University’s strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Strategy and Planning, this position will work collaboratively with senior internal stakeholders to identify commercially viable target markets and develop growth strategies to assist in the delivery of ECU’s student enrolment targets.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated ability in the identification and development of commercially viable business strategies through sound market research and analysis;
- High level of analytical, written and verbal and communication skills with experience in market research and analysis;
- Experience in dealing with Senior Stakeholders;
- Experience in leading and managing a team.

Benefits & Remuneration
This ongoing, full-time position attracts a salary of $103,263 to $116,306 pa (Hew 8) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
