Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor, the Deputy Vice Chancellor will play a pivotal role in the future strategic, academic, reputational and financial success of the University, focusing on the delivery of the highest standards of student experience and success. They will be absolutely committed to developing an inclusive and highly talented team.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable experience of senior leadership and management across multiple academic and strategic disciplines within a complex organisation. They will have a proven ability to achieve success and be able to demonstrate that they can collaborate and influence in multiple contexts to achieve the very best for our students. They will know how to deliver change and bring staff with them on the journey.
