Description

The University of Chicago's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is searching for a full-time faculty member at any rank. The successful applicant will have primarily outpatient responsibilities including consults on high risk patients and fetal anomalies, and a leadership role as the Director of Ultrasound and Fetal and Neonatal Care Center. Other opportunities of clinical coverage include faculty clinic, coverage of labor and delivery and perinatal services. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. Academic rank and compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications. We especially welcome applicants with advanced training in fetal diagnostics and therapy.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must:

  1. have a medical doctorate or equivalent,
  2.  hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois,
  3. be Board certified/eligible in OB&GYN and in the subspecialty of MFM , and 4) have completed an accredited fellowship in MFM or have equivalent experience
