Applications are invited for the post of Senior Lecturer (Teaching Focused) in Accounting & Financial Management in the Department of Accounting and Financial Management, within the School of Business and Management. This is a permanent appointment, subject to a probationary period.

This is an exciting opportunity to join leading international scholars in the areas of Accounting and Finance. The Department has a highly collegial ethos and a strong academic reputation in the field. We provide teaching and research supervision on a variety of Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes.

You will hold a PhD on a topic within the field of Accounting, (exceptionally, appointment may be considered if the PhD is very near to completion). You will have the ability to teach and assess Financial and Management Accounting at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels and you will have experience of having done so on at least one of these levels, as well as having the potential to supervise students at different levels. You will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent teaching and be able to work flexibly as part of a team in the delivery of teaching and assessment. You will have the potential to contribute to administrative roles. We are looking for an inspirational lecturer who is passionate about teaching and learning and is actively engaged in innovative approaches around online forms of student learning.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London, but you may be required to undertake some work at other locations in the UK or overseas.
