Research Fellow - Faculty of Health and Life Sciences
The department of Social Work, Education and Community Wellbeing at Northumbria University are looking for a Research Fellow to work with a research team to evaluate a support group for parents of children and young people with mental health difficulties. The successful candidate will study a North East support group to understand how the group was set up and how it is run, as well as how parents view the group and how it impacts their wellbeing. This study aims to find out ‘what works’ in providing support for parents with children and young people with mental health difficulties. This will help us to share what we learn nationally so other areas can set up parent support groups.
