Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person with the desire to do well in a fast paced and challenging environment. This position is unique for its diversity in the role and function, providing a broad range of administrative skills, functions and support services to WAAPA’s Production, Design and Arts Management departments. To be successful you will possess a proactive approach to managing your workload, a high level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organisational and record keeping skills. Ideally, you will have a background or exposure to the performing arts and appreciate the nexus between teaching and performance. This role is the central point of two busy departments and your ability to manage competing priorities and personalities will be the key to your success.

Benefits & Remuneration

This part-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $65,761 to $70,040 PRO-RATA (HEW4) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
