Job Description
The Civil Engineering Department at the United Arab Emirates University is seeking a research associate in the area of transportation safety. The research associate should be knowledgeable of transportation engineering and data analysis methods.
The candidate should be able to collect and analyze traffic crash data as well as write journal/conference papers. A master degree in transportation engineering is preferred.
Minimum Qualification
- Msc in Transportation engineering
- Knowledge in data analysis methods
- Good technical writing skills
- Self-motivated, team player
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in conducting transportation safety/design related research
- Experience in writing/publishing scientific papers
