We are seeking a Mental Health Advisor (Administrative Officer II Grade), on a two-year contract, term-time, who will provide and administer a comprehensive and engaging mental health support service for students. The Mental Health Advisor will also take a leading role in mental health promotion activities within the University.
The Mental Health Advisor will work as part of the Student Health Centre multidisciplinary team providing health care to the students of the University. He/She will work collaboratively with the wider University Community, including but not limited to the Student Services Team, Maynooth Access Programme, Maynooth Students Union and Academic Departments, in providing mental health support to the student body.
Administrative Officer II (Post 1995*): €38,736 - €55,740 p.a. (9 points) pro-rata
Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.
*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the Administrative Officer II salary scale.
