Job Description

Research Assistant position for the project “Analysis of Dietary Fiber and Nutritional Components in Date Fruits” (Fund No. 31F149).

The candidate will need to work independently in a laboratory conditions and is expected to have good analytical and manuscript writing skills.

Minimum Qualification

The applicant must have an earned MSc (by thesis) in Food Nutritional Science/Biochemistry

Preferred Qualification

PhD (by thesis) in Nutritional Science Area
