Applications are invited for the post of Schools and Colleges Liaison Manager based in the Directorate of Marketing and Communications.

Student recruitment at Royal Holloway is crucial to the ongoing success and reputation of the university and the Schools Liaison team are at the forefront of introducing Royal Holloway to prospective students. Your key directive is to proactively manage your team, enabling them to build long term relationships with schools and colleges and to look for innovative ways to present to and inform prospective students about Royal Holloway and higher education in general.

This role has a wide remit, from overseeing the staffing and logistics for UCAS exhibitions to coaching your team to perform at their very best. You will use data to analyse trends and developments in secondary and vocational education in the UK and guide your team to areas for growth. Commercially astute with an eye for opportunity, this role is a key feature in maintaining Royal Holloway’s strong position in the HE marketplace.

Candidates for this post should have exceptional leadership and managerial skills and be creative and inspiring. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to prospective students and key stakeholders.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can join us as soon as possible.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.

This is a fixed term post to cover a period of secondment until 31 August 2021.
