Applications are invited for the post of Student Administration Officer – Timetabling in Student Administration.
Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from Enrolment to Graduation. The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient processes to support students through their journey at the College.
The Student Administration Officer – Timetabling works as part of a team to support the Timetabling Manager with the collection, configuration, scheduling and maintenance of the academic timetable, comprising of undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research teaching activities. The Timetabling Officer is also responsible for overseeing the room booking service and running the process of Course Feedback Surveys.
Candidates for this post should have excellent IT skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. Experience in academic timetabling would be advantageous. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
This is a fixed term post to cover a period of secondment until September 2021. This appointment could end earlier than expected should the substantive post-holder return to work early.
