Part-Time, Fixed-Term

Applications are invited for the post of Foundation Year Administrator in the Centre for the Development of Academic Skills (CeDAS) unit, within The Student & Academic Services Department. The post is available at FTE0.6 with immediate effect and fixed-term until 31 July 2021.

CeDAS is a constituent part of the directorate of Student & Academic Services which draws together a broad range of areas which are core to the student lifecycle.

The focus of this role is on supporting the College’s Foundation Year.

This post presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual interested in university administration with a strong focus on improving student and staff experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work calmly to deadlines, both as an individual and as part of a team. Proficiency in a variety of IT packages, including MS Office, strong teamwork skills and excellent attention to detail are essential, as is a flexible attitude and positive outlook.
