HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATORSchool of Engineering-MIT Professional Education (MIT PE), to provide consulting, advising, and input into strategic planning for PE’s human resources (HR) activities; and collaborate on the development and administration/implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. The main duties will include administering HR activities such as employee relations, rewards and recognition, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, performance management, and compensation within PE.  

MIT PE offers a suite of education programs and products to serve the continuing educational needs of science and engineering professionals globally. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: a B.A./B.S.; at least four years of HR generalist experience, preferably in higher education; Ability to mentor and coach others; strong problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, project management, and oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively, and provide cross-functional leadership; good judgment with confidential information/issues; advanced-level MS Office skills (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); and knowledge of Atlas or similar HR system.  

PREFERREDexperience with CRM systems including Salesforce, SPHR or PHR certification, and MIT experience.  Job #18315-8
