Located on the stunning modern Brayford Pool campus in the heart of the historic city of Lincoln, the Lincoln International Business School is culturally diverse, internationally minded, and committed to providing an educational experience that enhances careers and enables individuals and businesses to create successful futures. We are ambitious and determined to make a difference to society through our innovative engaged approaches to research and education.

The Lincoln International Business School (LIBS) has a strategic project to gain major business school accreditations over the next 5 years. The first of which is to achieve The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, also known as AACSB International, business accreditation signals to the world that an institution has met the most rigorous standards of excellence in business education. Institutions that bear the AACSB-accredited mark demonstrate that they are committed to upholding—and advancing—the quality of their programs both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The steps necessary to complete the accreditation process include self-evaluations, peer reviews, committee reviews, and the development of in-depth strategic plans. After achieving accreditation, schools undergo continuous improvement reviews every five years to ensure they are evolving and improving over time so this senior Professional & Support Services role will be key to both achieving and maintaining this accreditation.

This role will be utilising the Accreditation frameworks to review the underlying business processes supporting academic services, redefining and changing where required, and working in close collaboration with the LIBS Governance and Accreditation Manager.

You will be responsible for supporting LIBS in the development, enhancement and embedding of quality assurance systems and processes in all areas of its higher education agenda.

You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that School regulatory policies and supporting processes are regularly reviewed and revised and that changes are clearly communicated in a timely manner to all stakeholders. Identify causes of failure and waste within the system and processes, formulate and implement resolution plans in collaboration with the key stakeholders.
