Job Details
The School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering is looking for an enthusiastic individual who will work as a research assistant as part of a project team at NTU.
The main scope of work is to perform detailed techno-economic analysis complex chemical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research outlined by PI
- Develop new research methodologies
- Critically analyse research data
- Provide support to research students and staff
- Report research progress
- Publish research findings
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
- Strong competence in process calculation, reactor design, and the design of other unit operations
- Strong English communication skills
- Great team working skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in process simulation software

The Fellowship will be awarded concurrently with the candidate's appointment as a research staff in NTU.

Eligibility:
• Excellent academic records and research potential.
• Recent PhD graduates, or with at most 1 postdoctoral training from a reputable university.
Terms and Conditions:
• The Fellowship will be tenable for a period of 3 years.
• In addition to an attractive remuneration, the successful candidate will be awarded a research grant of S$180,000 for research consumables and research related expenditure.
