Part-time:  17.5 Hours per week, Fixed Term (October 2020 – May 2021) 
AC2 £36,914 - £44,045 per annum pro rata

The School of Health and Life Sciences is one of the largest integrated schools combining health and life science programmes. Our graduates make an immense contribution to improving the health and wellbeing of communities across the globe. 

This temporary post will be based in the Division of Biological Sciences and Health supporting delivery of the highly attractive Applied Bioscience and Zoology programme. 

As an experienced scientist in the field of zoology/marine/environmental biology you will have PhD in this area or have significant experience working within this field. Experience in learning and teaching in higher education is essential as is experience in statistical analysis and the ability to teach various statistical methods at undergraduate level. A postgraduate qualification in education/teaching and learning, and/or HEA fellowship are desirable. 

As a Lecturer, you will make a significant contribution to the student experience through delivery of teaching across a number of modules within the Biological Science and Health division.
