Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 502169), to commence as soon as possible for two to three years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree preferably in Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences or a related discipline.  Experience in DNA damage detection and repair processes would be advantageous.  Applicants should also be responsible, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.  The appointee will participate in research projects relating to interplay of transcription and DNA breakage.  Enquiries about the duties of the post can be sent to Professor Michael Huen at huen.michael@hku.hk.
