Applications are invited for the post of Head of Business Applications in the IT Services Department.
The business application team has technical responsibility for a large range of college critical IT applications. This position will take the leading role in ensuring the team is effective and these systems are reliable and add value to the wider College.
You will bring a breadth of experience in leading a range of IT applications, in particular you will have significant understanding of how to engage with the wider business and create plans and strategies to develop the offering of the IT Services department. In addition, you will be able to bring technical and service leadership to develop the culture within the Business Applications Team. This role will have broad operational and strategic responsibilities, so the ability to manage IT transformation projects, as a well as routine business-as-usual requirements, with the same level of attention and detail, will be important to us.
