Description
The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Research Associate positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). Applicants must have a Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree.

Responsibilities may include collaborating and contributing with team members in the laboratories of the division.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to work on research in the field of Pulmonary Medicine with funding provided by a sponsored program.

Candidates will have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research. The preferred candidates will have opportunities to prepare and submit manuscripts, write grants and will be mentored by Senior faculty members of the division.
