Salary (Grade H2): £35,963 to £42,488 per annum incl. London Allowance

An exciting opportunity exists within the SITS Data Management team in the University’s Student and Academic Services Directorate.  SITS Data Management is responsible for the SITS student records system which enables the capture, processing, communication and extraction of curriculum and student data. SITS Data Management comprises of two teams: SITS Development and SITS Data.

Working closely with other departments in Student and Academic Services and staff across academic departments, the Academic Model Analyst will be a major source of expertise on the structure of programmes and their related modules, their regulations, how they are set up in SITS, and how this relates to the student lifecycle and the statutory external returns, such as UNISTATS, HESA Student and HESES.

We are seeking an experienced professional looking for a new challenge with a passion for data and strong analytical skills. The ability to interpret and digest requirements of external bodies; translating programme specifications and module outlines into technical rules is essential.
