Reporting to the Director of Online Learning, the Sr. Associate Director of Online Programs is a professional administrator who is responsible for leadership of multiple online programs within the Penn Engineering Office for Online Learning.

Job Description 

Reporting to the Director of Online Learning, the Sr. Associate Director of Online Programs is a professional administrator who is responsible for leadership of multiple online programs within the Penn Engineering Office for Online Learning. Serving as the primary point of contact for online degree Program Directors, the Sr. Associate Director has direct responsibility for developing and maintaining program standards, protocols, policies and experiences. Overseeing a team of four full time staff members (expanding in FY22), the Sr. Associate Director manages day-to-day operations for all critical program areas including communications, marketing, admissions, student affairs, community engagement, customer service, student services, and certificates. Additionally, the Sr. Associate Director of Online Programs is responsible for regular reporting to leadership (data, presentations, formal reports). 

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related experience, preferably in an higher education environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Significant experience in online learning and at-scale degree programs.
