ECU is looking for an innovative and hands-on business improvement and process automation analyst, to build, support and grow the existing portfolio of enterprise performance improvement initiatives.
Working proactively with stakeholders across the University, you will assess improvement initiatives through the application of standardised frameworks and methodologies, design solutions that are process led and technology enabled and implement them (leveraging methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma), in collaboration with other teams within the University. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) in Automation Anywhere as a mechanism to automate and create efficiencies within the University.
No two days are the same in this role and you will be working on thought provoking and challenging business problems impacting the higher education industry.
To be successful in this role, your experience in developing process automation solutions leveraging Automation Anywhere on a variety of projects over at least 2-3 years, and additional experience or certifications in Lean or alternative business improvement methodologies will be highly beneficial.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $88,800 - $99,498 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
