Deakin’s Faculty of Health is one of the largest and fastest-growing Faculties in Australia. Faculty students and researchers have access to the most advanced equipment available in the sports, nutrition, and medicine and health fields.

The Faculty of Health places a high emphasis on solutions-led research. Our three research institutes, two strategic research centres and numerous specialist units work closely with industry partners and the government to put findings into practice.

We are currently seeking a Head of School for the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences and a Head of School for the School of Health and Social Development.

Ranked #3 sport science school in the world, the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences is a leader in its field. We are the only school in Australia that brings both nutrition and physical activity together in both its teaching and research.
