UCB are seeking an individual who can contribute to the teaching of Further Education courses in Tourism with a focus on Cabin Crew. It is also important to be able to contribute across a wider range of subjects and be able to contextualise these to the Tourism and Aviation industries.
The successful candidate will possess relevant industry/work-based experience gained within the Tourism/Aviation sectors. This is crucial, as UCB strive to equip students with economically valuable skills that allow them to compete with advantage within the jobs market.
In addition to being able to inspire students of all levels, it is important to have an enthusiastic approach and recognise the importance of pastoral support in developing and nurturing students from a wide range of backgrounds.
The successful candidate will be supported to undertake professional development to enhance teaching and learning, including the achievement of a recognised teaching qualification, if not already held.
