The Cranfield Safety and Accident Investigation Centre (CSAIC) is a specialist unit within the School of Aerospace, Transport and Manufacturing dedicated to high-quality teaching, research and consultancy in transportation safety management and incident / accident investigation. 

You will contribute to the development and delivery of our high-quality Continuing Professional Development and Masters programme. 

In addition, you will be involved in bidding for, leading and delivering high-quality research and consulting within the field of Safety Engineering and Airworthiness.

A PhD is typically expected for this position, however applicants with significant experience in a relevant industry or commercial setting are also encouraged to apply. Experience in safety or reliability engineering is essential. Training or teaching experience is also essential.
