Starting Salary: Lecturer - £38,017 per annum (full time) Senior Lecture - £42,792 per annum (full time or pro rata)
Hours: Full time (1.0 FTE), or part time with a minimum commitment of 21.6 hours per week (0.6FTE)
Term: Start date 1st September 2020, for a minimum of 9 months

We are now looking to appoint a full time maternity, 1.0 FTE, (or part time 0.6FTE minimum) Lecturer/Senior Lecturer Secondary PGCE with QTS PE in our Secondary Initial Teacher Programme.

As a Lecturer, you will work with experienced colleagues to prepare and deliver PE content, in line with the Secondary PE National Curriculum within the PGCE programme. The role includes willingness to contribution to cross curricular teaching and the embedded MA modules. As part of your role you will also be required to support trainees on school experience. Qualified Teacher Status and experience of secondary PE teaching are essential requirements for the post
