RESEARCH PROJECT COORDINATOR, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL)-North America, to ensure the smooth implementation of J-PAL North America’s research projects. Will provide staff, faculty, and researchers with expertise, guidance, training, and administrative support on current regulatory, policy, and procedural requirements for institutional review board (IRB), data use agreement (DUA), and data safety monitoring plans; support the set-up and coordination of IRB, DUA, and data safety monitoring plans for research project; and design and conduct training workshops on IRB and DUA procedures and administrative and logistical support for the research and training team.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; two years of relevant experience (may include experience gained through college coursework, internships, part-time work, research assistant or teaching assistant positions, or volunteer work), preferable experience directly related to human subject research; strong oral and written communication skills; demonstrated project management skills; and meticulous attention to detail.  Seek someone who is committed to J-PAL North America’s mission and values.
