Responsibilities:

Engage in geography research and apply for key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and promote the building of Geography English courses.

Category 2: High-level foreign teachers for research (Performing duties as a full-timer for 3 months and above each year)

First-Level Discipline: Geography

Second-Level Discipline: Natural Resources, Global Change, Natural Disasters

Responsibilities:

Engage in research on Natural Resources, Natural Disasters, and Global Change, apply for state-level projects and produce papers, and promote the building of English courses.

Category 3: High-level foreign teachers for teaching and research (Performing duties as a full-timer for 3 months and above each year)

First-Level Discipline: Geomatics Science and Technology

Second-Level Discipline: Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Cartography and Geographic Information Engineering

Responsibilities:

Establish and implement the strategic plan of discipline building and development, assemble a competitive research team, and apply for key research projects, international or domestic; establish an international cooperation and exchange platform for scientific research and talent training, and reach international advanced level regarding frontier discipline research; and undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching tasks and social services.
