Applications are invited for appointment as Full-time/Fractional Senior Clinical Practitioner in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 501742), to commence in September 2020, on a two-year fixed-term basis.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree or equivalent, and a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) degree or equivalent in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. They should have amassed proven clinical competence which may be demonstrated by their significant and continuous contribution to an education programme, and other experience to show positive evaluation by professional/academic peers of clinical competence and clinical training.
The appointee will deliver clinical teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students, provide clinical service and manage patients. Enquiries about the duties of the post should be sent to Dr. R.Y. Su at richsu@hku.hk.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
