Job Details
Air Traffic Management Research Institute invites applications for the position of Project Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating research project meetings and facilitating communication among project personnel
- Developing and maintaining project operational procedures, training materials, and documents
- Monitoring progress of research projects
- Assisting in financial planning and monitoring project expenditure
- Managing and maintaining project records
- Coordinating project data collection, management, integrity
- Assisting in the preparation and writing of progress reports, scientific presentations and abstracts, manuscripts and publications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related fields
- Good English writing and communication skills
- Independent and team player
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Experience in managing or coordinating research projects involving multiple personnel is preferable
- Project experience related to Airport or Air Traffic Management or Machine Learning is preferable

The prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Postdoctoral Fellowship (LKY PDF) was established in 1991 under the Lee Kuan Yew Endowment Fund. The Fellowship supports and promotes young and outstanding researchers to realise their full potential in the areas of Engineering, Science, Humanities, and Medicine.
The Fellowship will be awarded concurrently with the candidate's appointment as a research staff in NTU.

Eligibility:
• Excellent academic records and research potential.
• Recent PhD graduates, or with at most 1 postdoctoral training from a reputable university.
Terms and Conditions:
• The Fellowship will be tenable for a period of 3 years.
• In addition to an attractive remuneration, the successful candidate will be awarded a research grant of S$180,000 for research consumables and research related expenditure.
