Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 500572), to commence as soon as possible for two to three years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree preferably in Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, Biological Science or a related discipline, with experience in mammalian cell culture (macrophage, osteoclast, and/or smooth muscle cell), mass spectrometry-based proteomics, quantitative fluorescence microscopy, and/or molecular biology.  They should be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.  The appointee will participate in research projects relating to cell adhesion (podosome and invadopodia), cytoskeletal regulation, and mechanobiology.  Enquiries about the duties of the post should be sent to Dr. Cheng-Han Yu at chyu1@hku.hk.
