Responsibilities:

Carry out systematic and high-level scientific research centering on the discipline orientation of the state-level key lab and produce high-level scientific research results; guide and train postgraduates; undertake state-level projects and actively apply for talent projects; build a research team with international vision, international competitiveness and influence together with fellow researchers.

C2: Meet the BNU hiring criteria for Top Young Talents of C2 level, and achieve high-level research results of influence in the past 5 years.
