This externally funded role will join a collaborative team of globally recognised scholars in the fields of employee wellbeing, human resource and public sector management, and operational health and safety. The team is equipped with the advanced analytical skills necessary to drive meaningful organisational impact, including capability in multilevel statistical analysis, participatory interventions, as well as engaged industry training. The successful applicant will be expected to carry out a full range of Research Associate work to support the team across a number of different projects.
What you will bring
To be successful in this role you will need:
- PhD qualification
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative techniques
- Proven history of successfully conducting literature reviews.
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong initiative and drive
- Research focussed within the area of HR and Management.
- Able to commence work immediately

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time fixed term position attracts remuneration of $89,524 to $95,855 pa (ALEVA) plus 9.5% University superannuation contribution.
