Our Business School is one of Europe’s leading providers of business and management education, and is fast becoming the intellectual hub of the City of London. The MBA Relationship Manager plays a vital role in the Postgraduate Career & Professional Development Team at Cass. The team provide careers support to approx. 400 MBA and Executive MBA students across five programmes and 1500 Masters across 24 Specialized Programmes.

Responsibilities

This role is exciting, as the role holder you will work with individuals who are taking time out of their career to make a significant change; working with them in shaping their thinking and setting achievable goals. Bringing experience from recruitment or assessment, they will learn about a huge range of career paths that are developing for MBAs in this rapidly changing landscape. They will deliver one-one coaching and workshops to our students. In addition, they will build relationships with alumni and companies throughout the year in order to create opportunities for our student.

Person Specification

The role holder will bring significant knowledge in recruiting at an experienced hire level and have the ability to share their expertise with clarity. They will bring experience of interviewing; ideally from within a globally recognised brand and be able to provide effective job search advice, such as CV, networking and interview advice via coaching and / or workshops. They will have excellent communication skills; being confident to deliver presentations and build strong relationships with external stakeholders. Ideally, they will also have previous experience of the consulting industry, bringing business development knowledge and expertise. They will demonstrate the passion and ability to positively impact the lifelong employability and employment opportunities for our Business School MBA students.
